1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Novas Dating. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• You may not create more than one account or impersonate any person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm any other user
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Scrape, hack, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Use fake photos or misrepresent your identity
• Share another user's private information without consent
• Use the platform for any illegal activity

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant Novas Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content to other users as part of the service. You represent that you have the right to post all content you submit.

5. Safety & Reporting

If you encounter any user who violates these terms, please use the report function immediately. We take all reports seriously and review them within 48 hours. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms.

6. Premium Features

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. During our launch period, all Premium features are available free of charge. When the free period ends, continued use of Premium features will require a paid subscription. Prices will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimers

Novas Dating provides a platform for meeting people but does not guarantee any specific outcomes, matches, or relationships. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. All meetings arranged through the platform are at your own risk — always meet in public places and tell a friend where you are going.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novas Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
